About the Honeycomb Tarot Project
At the closing of the 2009 Tarot Convention held in Castlemaine (in Vic., Australia), it was announced that a community project be undertaken during the ensuing two years to contribute to a deck.
Each card is to be a hexagon of, one point up (as per the honeycomb image to the left and the template to the right).
Though all cards were allocated, a number have yet to be either received or completed. If you would like to take up a card that remained unaccounted as of the end of 2010, please make a request: jmd@tarotstudies.org.
The completed card needs to be submitted electronically in high resolution (300 dpi) in .psd, .jpeg or .tiff format. Whether you include the card's title or number is up to you. Similarly, if you wish to include a border is optional - but it would need to form part of the overall given hexagon.
To the right is a single page pdf with the hexagon in the correct orientation and size. |
